The original company that installed our heater five years ago,, cut corners, resulting in our heater, not being as efficient or lasting as long as it should. We hired Bee Right There to come in and check our heater and change the filters. After looking our system over, they recommended that we increase airflow and we also added a filter system. We get lots of sand and dust from the wind, but we love to have our windows open during the day. The new filter system will enable us to clean the air in our house when evening arrives. I would recommend this company to anybody who wants a reliable, honest and customer service oriented contractor.

Lenny, James, and crew were fantastic, clean, attention to detail, thoughtful, and thorough. They installed a whole new Bosch electric heating and a/c system after removing my 24 year old gas furnace and a/c which had failed and was no longer working. They were so considerate and thoughtful with checking in with me before doing many tasks during the 2-day installation. Patrick was great too. They were timely, courteous and thorough, and considerate of the property as they set up their ladders to get on the roof. Outstanding service. Emily and Erica at office are personable, responsive and helpful. Daniel, Patrick and Lenny are expert, seasoned professionals who know the community they service and know how to get it right. My initial installation by another company was seriously flawd and ulitimately required significant repair and alteration. Daniel, Patrick and Lenny gave me extensive and clear explalnation of what needed to be done and spent the time to do it. I cannot recommend BeeRightThere too highly. You who are contemplaating A/C installlation or repair though, a warning: do your due diligence before contracting with anyone. A number of the local firms have been absorbed into holding companies that are more concerned with making money than in quality work and customer service. If you are buying a new house be sure to have any A/C installaton inspected by a reputable firm like BeeRightThere before you buy.

I called Be Right There Heating & Air to repair HVAC duct work under our home after it was identified by Terminix that rodents had chewed their way into the ducts in a home we had recently purchased in Orcutt CA. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel M. explained everything but at no time made me feel I was being pressured to spend thousands of dollars in repairs. In fact, he was clear it was my choice. Since this was part of a much bigger rodent problem when we purchased the home, we elected to have the work done. Daniel M. and Jared were forthcoming about the repairs needed and provided a fair estimate for the work to be done. Once we agreed to the work, they were out within a few days and completed the work. They also took photographs both before and after the work. Our furnace now provides heat throughout our home in just minutes, whereas as before it took 30+ minutes due to large duct tubes either being disconnected or chewed through by rodents.
I also requested a quote for an AC to be installed and Daniel S. came out and was very thorough in his assessment. He didn't try to sell me something we didn't need and, because of his thoroughness, we decided we should replace our 30+ yr old furnace before installing AC to avoid additional costs down the road.
