Luke was great and totally explained what was happening with my system in terms I could understand. And gave me tips about how to better use it. I've worked with others in the past and I feel like they were always trying to get you to buy something you don't need. Not Luke or Bee Right There. Very prompt and personable.

Quick, thorough,informative and pleasant salesman and installers. Good product too! Our room is warm for the first time without having to light a fire. And it's very quiet. I'm sure it will keep the room cool in the hot Atascadero summers too.

Had a great experience with Bee Right There Heating and Air. From the initial site visit, to the bid and then the installation, everything went very smoothly with great communication from all the employees involved with my project. Johnny & Memo did a superb job of installing our new furnace into a tight closet space. They cleaned everything up and tested the system before leaving. Great installers and nice guys to boot. All in all a great experience with a competitive price. Very happy customer!

Patrick, the sales engineer, thoroughly explained the whole process, showed me an accurate picture on his computer tablet of what the installed heat pump would look like, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. Memo and Johnny, the installers, paid attention to all the fine details of the installation and I'm impressed by how nice the system looks and how well it works. And Erika, the office manager, was very courteous and helpful.

Bee Right There is a professional and efficiently run company who holds quality and kindness at the highest standard! We had a new furnace installed and we were informed of every step in the process and they welcomed questions or concerns if we had any along the way. I got my HVAC system in June. It is 110°outside as I type this...5:28pm.

Update: I have had no issues with the HVAC system service techs who have kindly come to change my filters and perform regular system checkups. Recently, Marc K, came in and was as expected… totally AWESOME!!

Don't wait...call these folks. They are hometown friendly and prices are affordable too.
