We're selling our home and the inspection report recommended an HVAC system check, so the buyers made that a condition. I called several companies to try to get a technician to some out ASAP. A couple were as friendly as Bee Right There over the phone but no one else could setup an appointment soon enough for us to be able to close our escrow on time. Marc at Bee Right There came out the very next day, did a thorough inspection of both the A/C and furnace (and even fixed something that the inspection had inexplicably missed!), replaced the air filter, cleaned (& leveled!) the A/C and gave me a detailed report I could submit to escrow. He was polite and professional while he was here and cleaned up before he left.

My AC stopped blowing cool air on Saturday. I called Bee Right There Monday morning and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I got a call back in the afternoon and was told they had an opening that afternoon (thank goodness!). Called and inquired about an appointment which they were able to offer the next afternoon. The next morning they called and asked if they could first thing at 9am. Of course!! First gold star. Tech came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. After listening to me ramble on about the past techs and what they thought, he says yeah I think it's this other thing. 5 minutes of testing and he was correct! Swapped out the part for one he had stocked on the van. Did some additional testing and we were good to go within an hour or two. After 3 weeks of broken AC and two other companies going MIA on me, a quick accurate fix was definitely appreciated. Fantastic job. I will recommend to all. Fair easy pricing and billing too. 5 stars.

Be right there. I called this company on a Friday in the afternoon and they were able to come out within three hours and fix our problem. That’s pretty impressive. A lot of times you might have to wait a week. Maverick, the gentleman that did the work was super nice and accommodating, very personable and professional Kudos to him. From the quoted estimate to the completion of work, everything was done timely and professionally. I was asked many thoughtful questions about what I’d like to see done and asked about options I didn’t know were available to me. The work was scheduled at the earliest time during the time slot I gave to the company and 3 people showed up on-time, were kind and professional, and got right to work. Our new mini-split unit was placed on the wall exactly where we discussed and they removed my old wall heater as I requested and covered the openings in the walls that removal left behind. Aside from this particular install, we call Bee Right There to look at our furnace and A/C condenser at least twice a year at the change of seasons. Each time, we get good service and non-pushy suggestions for our systems with emailed summaries and options. Call them, they’re great. And they sent us cookies as a thank you after the mini-spilt install.

This is what I wrote on YELP within minutes after the appointment:Christopher just left my house after getting my heater to work again. I realized first thing this morning that I did not have heat and called this company even before business hours and left a message (I had work done by them in the past when the company was Air Left). Kim called me as soon as the office opened and let me know that someone could come out today. That in itself was amazing and through the day, Kim kept me updated about the ETA of when the repairman would be arriving. Christopher is young but has been in the biz for something like 10 years and seemed to know what he's doing. He found the problem and was able to fix it and now I have heat again! We have a home in a very remote location and the heating system broke down hence a very cold house! Bee Right There Heating and Air came out to assess the problem and realized we need a new heating system as the old one was burning carbon which was a potential fire hazard. The Bee sent out a an estimator to assess and price for a new heating and A/C system. Michael Wiley had a great knowledge of the system we needed and answered all questions The install went like clock work over two days! Many thanks to his team which included Chris, John, Mike, Abraham. They were very professional, clean and respectful. Mike and I had a follow up call which finalized the installation process and I could pay by check! Many thanks to the Bee for great service over the phone which included Kim and Erica! Maverick was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, but he also took the time to check everything out just to make sure that it was in good working order and there wasn’t something else that needed to be done. He was upfront about pricing and let me know about other services that I could do now, or needed to do in the future and the cost of those. The payment process was very easy and he emailed me a receipt with pictures. I was super happy and if it wasn’t for us selling the house, I would be using them again for any other upcoming needs.

Like another customer, I initially chose this company last year due to phone conversations with Kim. The owner Mike was generous with his time and knowledge when helping us determine our best A/C solution. The two Mitsubishi mini-splits are perfect for our home and lifestyle, and the size of each is ideal. Happy, too, to have subscribed to the Club Membership option. The savings on labor and parts make membership a very good choice. We recently asked Mike to add a surge protector to protect our mini-splits from frequent power outages. Great peace of mind. Daniel arrived prepared and on time. I was just having my annual A/C maintenance and discovered that I needed to replace a part to keep the unit running smoothly. June 22, 2022BEE RIGHT THERE … Heating & AirInstalled on June 15, 2022Techs: Mike, John, AbeComplete HVAC system including furnace, condenser, coil and plenum.Adjusted the layout to allow return air plenum to be placed in-line vs atop.Communication was excellent with follow-up and confirmations done in a timely and informative method.After a service call which discovered all refrigerant had leaked from the system and the old R-22 type was not a viable repair, Michael responded quickly and laid out the options and associated costing. A complete system was soon ordered and arrived quickly, which was a surprise, considering the current typical shipping and availability issues.Michael’s technician crew of three consisted of another Mike, John, and Abe who arrived promptly with all components and an array of additional parts to cover any unforeseen installation issues. An extensive collection of specialized tools and even the layout of the trucks and vans spoke of experience and high quality, which became even more evident as the process unfolded. Needless to say, this type of work requires thoughfullness, strength, technical ability, and in our situation, durability to do all of this in a low ceiling and hot attic space.The installation was completed in one day and my wife and I are very pleased with the entire process and the obvious improvement in efficiency and very low noise levels. UPDATE Apr 2022: Daniel did an equally superb job on a routine maintenance trip. Nothing was "broken" but he recommended and made repairs that increased the efficiency of both the heating and air conditioning units. Daniel's thoughtful and thorough inspection and maintenance of our HVAC system was impeccable.Original Review: John did a stellar job replacing the auxiliary drain pan under our unit in the attic. Identified the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. He was on time, professional, efficient, hard-working and polite. He cleaned up after himself and even cleaned the dust bunnies in the corner that he didn't create! I would highly recommend their services.

KIM DESERVES A RAISE! We moved into a home and when we got there the a/c was busted on a 108 degree day. We were very uncomfortable to say the least with little kids and a pregnant mama. We called four different companies who were all extremely booked in the heat of summer, which made total sense. Kim at Airleft was the only one who continually followed up with us to get us in. She made it seem like she really cared about our situation and did everything in her power to get us on the schedule; we are so grateful! Erica followed through day of which was great and the technician was on time, professional and made the repair super quick which was great since we both work. I would definitely go back if our AC ever needed more repairs... even though I hope I don't have to! haha! Kudos to their customer service!

This outfit is most definitely deserving of a 5 star rating. They ARE the best! Customer service is top notch, prompt, professional, friendly and very personable. Also, very responsive. Their technicians are also top notch. I had two separate Air Conditioner problems during this heat wave 🙁. Air Left was able to fix both 😊. Prompt, honest work by an awesome company 👏👏👏👏👏👏

They came right out, provided several options. Once we selected a unit it was promptly and professionally installed. Works perfect. They provided after install help as well. We will always use Air-Left.

Great company. Have used Air Left 3 times and completely satisfied. Last issue was a noise in our vent. Called them and they had a serve man within 30 minutes. Jordon did his inspection on the heating unit and vents and determined the noise was a loose vent cover. Problem was solved and there was no charge.

Had a great experience with Air-Left installing my mini-splits on an converted out building. Both Garret and John were courteous, professional, and walked me through the finished system. Garret even climbed under our house at my request to inspect the ducts on our main house as I had some concerns there was rodent damage. The work was very tidy looking and they left no trace once the install was complete. Great job guys!Gabriel
